For the private bottlings of Scotch Whisky I choose from single casks that I have personally tasted and approved. Only single malt whisky with a distinct character that meets my personal standards will be sold under the Whisky Chamber label.
Every year we are bottling between fifteen and twenty of our single malt casks from the different Scottish whisky regions, when I find that they have reached their optimal flavour and maturity.

A great whisky is unique and has its own special character. I was lucky to turn my hobby into business when I founded The Whisky Chamber in 2006.
And it gives me great joy when I can share this special "spirit" of my single cask bottlings with other whisky lovers at my tasting events.
